2290 Tax Form
Schedule 1 Heavy Vehicle

Form 2290, heavy vehicle use tax return is used to figure and pay taxes for the vehicles with the taxable gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more. Filing of Form 2290 is also required when the acquisition of used vehicles is made for the current tax period.

Expedited Letter of Authority

Expedite letter of Authority is an optional service to speed up the letter of your authority. Once your authority is granted, you have an additional waiting period for the mail processing of your authority to be mailed to you, before you can legally operate. Enforcement of UCR for the 2021 year began January 1, 2021. Motor carriers and other entities required to register, are subject to citations, fines, and penalties imposed by individual states under state law.

DOT Record Update

We will update your DOT record as required. This meets the requirement to update your Carrier Motor Vehicle Miles Traveled biennially. Address Change or Name Change. Please ensure all information provided is correct. Once submitted, this cannot be canceled.

IRP Apportion Account Set (New Account and Renewals)

IRP -International Registration Plan is the registration required for vehicles over 26,000 pounds that cross state lines. Also known as Apportioned Plates and Prorate Account.
